I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms with hand-painted frescoes were simply stunning, especially the one I moved to named Rhododendron - it was spacious, comfortable, and had a breathtaking view. The little reading chair by the window was a lovely touch. The service was top-notch, though sometimes a bit clumsy in their attitude. The location, inside the city walls, was perfect for sightseeing, and the dining experience was delightful with a variety of local delicacies. The facilities were great overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of beautiful Lucca with plenty of cafes, dessert shops, restaurants, and bars nearby.
